Before we start your amazing Moroccan adventure, here are just a few simple points to keep things clear and easy for everyone:

1. Booking your trip
To lock in your tour, we just need a small deposit. Nothing complicated ^_^  it’s just to secure your spot and confirm all the arrangements.

2. Payment
The remaining balance will be paid in full when you arrive in Morocco. We like keeping things simple …  no hidden fees, no surprises. You meet our team, we finalize everything, and you’re good to go.

3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We’re flexible and always do our best to help you reschedule or adjust plans so you don’t lose your trip.

4. Our promise to you
We treat every traveler like a guest, not just a booking. We want you to feel safe, informed, and excited from the moment you land until the day you leave.

5. Transparency
We believe in honest communication. If something changes …  whether it’s a hotel, itinerary, or schedule …  we’ll tell you right away and offer the best alternative possible.
