Terms and Conditions
Morocco Travel Experts is a fully authorized and reliable tour operator, specialized in providing Day Trips from Marrakech and Morocco Desert Tours, travel services, and tailor-made vacations in Morocco.
Changes to Your Booking:
You can change your booking date provided you contact us as soon as possible and confirm your request in writing. We will make all possible arrangements for your booking with no additional charges, but we cannot guarantee it. If changes cannot be made for whatever reason, you have the option to proceed with your originally booked trip on the original date, or cancel and pay the applicable cancellation charges.
Emergency:
We are entitled to cancel your tour in emergencies such as natural catastrophes, terrorism, riots, war, fires, bad climate conditions, and others. In such cases, we will refund all payments made. We do not provide additional compensation.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your trip, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation charge is based on the number of days prior to the trip start date on which we receive your written cancellation notice.
* Free of charge: More than 30 days before departure
* 30% charge: 30 to 20 days before departure
* 50% charge: 19 to 10 days before departure
* 75% charge: Less than 10 days before departure
* 100% charge: Within 36 hours of arrival
Insurance:
We do not provide travel insurance. It is your full responsibility to obtain appropriate coverage. We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, baggage loss, delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Documents:
You are responsible for ensuring you hold all valid required travel documents. Please review your documentation carefully and advise us immediately of any errors in names, dates, or timings. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to entering the country. You should print out and retain all travel documents as provided. Ensuring all documents are valid before departure is the sole responsibility of the tour participant.
Privacy & Confidentiality:
We take the privacy of your data seriously. We are responsible for securing your booking information and will use your personal details solely to make reservations with hotels and other third-party vendors. Your travel special requests will be shared with vendor partners only to the extent necessary to make your trip safe and enjoyable.

Please read these terms carefully before booking your tour. They outline our commitment to you and your responsibilities as a traveler.
1. Booking & Transparency
To secure your family’s journey, a deposit is required at the time of booking. We believe in radical transparency—the price we quote is the price you pay. There are no hidden costs. All inclusions, such as drivers, vehicles, accommodations, and specialized guides, will be clearly listed in your personalized itinerary.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in USD or EUR unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before the start of the tour. We accept secure online payments and bank transfers. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed and will not change unless you request a modification to your itinerary.
3. Adaptability & Pacing
We specialize in families. We understand that plans may need to change on the fly. We reserve the right to adapt the pace of the tour to suit your family’s needs, especially regarding the ages of your children. If local conditions (weather, road closures) change, we will work with you to find the best alternative while prioritizing safety.
4. Safety & Liability
We work exclusively with trusted local partners. While we vet every provider for safety and comfort, Morocco Travel Experts acts as an agent for these local businesses. We are not liable for unforeseen delays, incidents, or losses caused by third-party providers, though our team is always on hand to help resolve any issues quickly.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
We know that family life is unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Partial refund (less non-refundable deposits made to Riads or partners).
- Cancellations within 14 days of departure: Generally non-refundable, but we will always try to offer the option to reschedule for a later date where possible.
6. Traveler Responsibility
Families are responsible for ensuring all members have valid passports, necessary visas, and comprehensive travel insurance. We highly recommend insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip interruptions.
