At Morocco Travel Experts, we believe in radical transparency. Everything is clear from the start: the plan, the pace, and what is included. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms designed to protect your family and ensure a seamless experience.
1. Booking & Transparency
To secure your family’s journey, a deposit is required at the time of booking. We guarantee no hidden costs—the price quoted is the price you pay. All inclusions (drivers, vehicles, family-friendly hotels, and specialized guides) will be clearly outlined in your personalized itinerary.
2. Adaptability & Pacing
We focus on families first. While we provide a set plan, we understand the need for flexibility. We reserve the right to adapt the pace of the tour to your family’s needs, ages, or travel style. If local conditions change, we will work with you before and during the tour to find the safest and most comfortable alternative.
3. Safety & Local Partners
We work exclusively with trusted partners and real families across Morocco. While we vet every driver and vehicle for safety and comfort, Morocco Travel Experts acts as an agent for these local providers. We are not liable for unforeseen delays or incidents caused by third-party providers, though we will always be there to support you and resolve any issues.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that family life is unpredictable. Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure are eligible for a partial refund (less non-refundable deposits for Riads). Cancellations within 14 days are generally non-refundable, but we often offer the option to reschedule your journey for a later date.
5. Traveler Responsibility
Families are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and travel insurance. We highly recommend comprehensive family travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip interruptions.
