2 Day Marrakech to the Desert (M'hamid)

On the first day, you will start from your hotel in Marrakech with your own driver. You'll travel through the High Atlas mountains, taking in the incredible Tizi n’Tichka Pass views. Along the way, you'll visit the impressive Kasbah of Taourirte in Ouarzazate. Continuing your journey, you'll head to the Draa Valley and Zagora city, passing through the Anti Atlas mountains via Tiniffift pass. Before the sun sets, you'll reach the Mhamid desert and have a camel ride to witness the stunning sunset over the dunes. You'll spend the night in a traditional Berber tent in the desert.

Starting with the sunrise and breakfast at the Erg Lihoudi dunes, you'll visit Tamgroute village known for its old library, Koranic school, and the potters' quarter. Next, you'll travel through the picturesque Draa Valley, with its beautiful date palms and henna fields. Crossing back over the Anti Atlas mountains, you'll reach Ait Benhaddou to explore its famous fortified village (Ksar). Finally, you'll journey through the Ounila Valley, also known as the "valley of salt," and cross back over the High Atlas mountains to return to your hotel in Marrakech.
