Welcome to Morocco Travel Experts.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a tour. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining 70% is collected by Morocco Travel Experts 14 days before departure.

  • Prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), Euros, or US Dollars.

  • Once a booking is accepted on the Morocco Travel Experts platform, it is considered confirmed.

2. Changes to Bookings

  • Any change request is subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

  • Requests made less than 15 days before departure cannot be guaranteed.

  • Confirmed changes will be communicated in writing.

3. Cancellation Policy

Individual Bookings

If you need to cancel your booking:

  • 30 days or more before departure – 100% refund (minus transaction fees)

  • 20–29 days before departure – 70% refund

  • 10–19 days before departure – 50% refund

  • Less than 10 days before departure – No refund

  • After the tour begins – No refund

Group Bookings (6 or more travelers)

  • Deposit: 30% (non-refundable)

  • Balance due: 30 days before departure

If a group cancels:

  • 90 days or more before departure – 100% refund (minus fees)

  • 60–89 days before departure – 70% refund

  • 30–59 days before departure – 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days before departure – No refund

Cancellations by Morocco Travel Experts

If we must cancel a tour due to force majeure (natural disasters, border closures, or government restrictions), a full refund of all payments will be issued, minus transaction fees.

4. Insurance

  • Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers.

  • Proof of valid insurance may be requested before departure.

  • Morocco Travel Experts is not responsible for costs resulting from illness, accidents, delays, or lost items.

5. Special Requests

  • Any dietary, accommodation, or service request should be made before booking confirmation.

  • We will inform you if a request cannot be accommodated.

6. Extra Services

  • Services or activities not listed in your confirmed itinerary may incur additional charges.

7. Flights, Passports & Visas

  • Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and travel documents.

  • Morocco Travel Experts is not liable for denied entry, missed flights, or issues related to incomplete documentation.

8. Complaints

  • Please raise any issue immediately during the tour so we can address it on the spot.

  • Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of trip completion.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal information is used only to organize and manage your trip.

  • Photos or testimonials from your experience may be used for marketing unless you decline in writing before the tour.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties unrelated to your booking.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute shall be handled exclusively by Moroccan courts.
